In this day and age people already have that trust issue but can a relationship work after the trust factor has been broken?

When trust is broken, you can choose to forgive, but it’s not always so easy to forget. The person who broke trust is definitely going to have to work hard to try to earn it back…..sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t……….it depends what was done to break the trust in the first place. I think for most people who have been hurt by broken trust, there is always a gnawing feeling inside….a doubt as to whether or not the trust they are trying to restore is justified, or if they are again being lied to or deceived. If that’s the case…..there’s no way the relationship can be totally healthy!
